Sabjiapp.com is an online marketplace connecting buyers with suppliers. Sabjiapp provides its platform to merchants which connects them to buyers. A customer orders through sabjiapp and merchant delivers it to the customers given address. Every dealership has different offers/charges/time slots/minimum order requirement. This helps the merchant to give best service to the customer.

What are the different ways of making a payment for my orders?

You could opt for Cash on Delivery, Credit/Debit Card on Delivery(in some areas).

What is Sabjiapp Wallet?

Through wallet dealer can give credit in your account (Offer/Cash Back/Refund) and you can do shopping using wallet balance, If a customer changes his area the wallet balance become ZERO. A customer can use wallet balance in his account in the same area only.

How do I know the Status of payments?

In case you do Cash-on-delivery, Card on delivery payment, we would be sending you a sms confirmation.

How do I reach you?

Can not find your favorite product or have a great suggestion to improve our delivery? Kindly contact on your dealers mobile number given under Customer Service option.

Where can I see my Wallet history?

Please login and click on "Wallet" icon or you can check by clicking on my profile. Through wallet dealer can give credit in your account (Offer/Cash Back/Refund) and you can do shopping using wallet balance, If a customer changes his area the wallet balance become ZERO. A customer can use wallet balance in his account in the same area only.

What is the minimum order value/ What is the delivery charges?

Minimum order value is different in all areas, at the time of ordering you can find minimum order value and delivery charges by checking your cart.

When does Sabjiapp deliver? How do I choose a delivery slot or how I would get my order in 90 minutes?

In each area delivery slots are different, you can check the slot at time time of placing order or can contact to customer service for any other details.

Why is there a difference in the bill at the time of ordering and the actual price that I get in my final bill?

You may find that your final bill is slightly different from the ordered price. The final bill can vary because every apple, every capsicum or bottle gourd varies a little in size and weight. While you shop, we show an approx. weight and price for everything. At the time of delivery we weigh each item to determine final price. This could vary by 10% at maximum. Therefore if you have shopped for something that costs Rs. 100 per kg, and we delivery 1.2 kg of the product to you (eg Apple, Bottle Guard), you will still be charged a maximum of Rs. 110. In case the weight of the product is lesser than what you ordered, you will pay correspondingly less. We assure that you’ll always pay the true price for the actual weight of your products.

How would cancellation/Refund work? How will I get my money back?

Your satisfaction is our priority. At the time of your order delivery please check the products thoroughly to your satisfaction. If you’re in any way dissatisfied with any of the items, you could return the product intact to the Sabjiapp customer service executive delivering you the order. We would not charge you for the returned items. The amount of the item returned would be credited to your wallet which can be used for future purchase, in case of COD the amount can be subtracted from the final bill. Owing to the nature of the product (Fruits & Vegetables) we can process your request if it is received within 3 hours of delivery. In case your order is cancelled before the order is out for delivery, no extra charges are made on the cancelled delivery. However Sabjiapp holds the right to deduct any delivery charges or wastage charges in case the cancellation is done after the dispatch of your delivery. No refund would be done to the extent of any free gift or Gift voucher or Sabjiapp Concession Cash back availed in your order

Will I get an invoice with my delivery? How can I check to see if my order is complete and correct?

we will send your invoice on your e-mail address & a hard copy at the time of delivery.

How are the fruits and vegetables weighed?

Every fruit and vegetable varies a little in size and weight. While you shop we show an estimated weight and price for everything priced by kilogram. At the time of delivery we weigh each item to determine final price. This could vary by 10% at maximum. Therefore if you have shopped for something that costs Rs. 100 per kg, and we delivery 1.2 kg of the product to you (eg Apple, Bottle Guard), you will still be charged a maximum of Rs. 110. In case the weight of the product is lesser than what you ordered, you will pay correspondingly less.

Where do I enter the coupon code?

Once you are done selecting your products and click on checkout you will be prompted to select delivery option, below the delivery option there is a box where you can enter any e voucher/ coupon code that you have. The amount will automatically be deducted from your invoice value.

Is Sabjiapp secure?

Yes. You can be totally confident when you are shopping with Sabjiapp.com Currently we are receiving payment via cash on delivery and credit/debit card on delivery(in some areas), so it is very safe to shop with sabjiapp.

Where is my Order? How do I know the Status of my order?

You can check order status in "Order-Status Bar" on home page.

Can I make any changes to my order?

You can not edit the order once the order is placed. You can only cancel the order before it is out for delivery. Once the order is out for delivery you can’t cancel your order.

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel the order by calling on customer service number.You can only cancel the order before it is out for delivery. Once the order is out for delivery you can’t cancel your order. In case your order is cancelled before the order is out for delivery, no extra charges are made on the cancelled delivery. However Sabjiapp holds the right to deduct any delivery charges or wastage charges in case the cancellation is done after the dispatch of your delivery.

Can I change the delivery address of my order?

You cannot change the delivery address once the order is placed. You can cancel the previous order and place a new one.

Can I order on phone?

Only bulk orders are accepted on phone (Total order above 25 Kg or Rs. 1000).

What should I do if I did not receive everything I ordered?

if an item is missing from your order, please contact to the dealer along with order details & the name of the item that missing. We would try our best to either deliver the product or propose a substitute.

What if I receive a product that I am dissatisfied with? Should I discard it, email or call?
